Grijalva used to be my congressmen until I moved away from Tucson, AZ. (I moved first to Giffords district, then finally out of the state altogether) Unfortunately he is popular with the largely Hispanic constituency. I am hopeful he gets voted out, but will not be surprised if he hangs on to his seat.

This movie look like it will coax me into the actual theater. I can actually see me buying my tickets in advance and seeing this film on a midnight opening. I usually avoid the theater since I end up in pain due to a horribly bad back, but I think the discomfort I will experience will be suppressed by the enjoyment I am getting out of the film. I can hope anyway.

I was about to say the same thing. I guess I am not the only one who has this as a pet peeve. I blame P.J. Salvatore, foremost, although Dana should have caught it as the editor. It jumped right out at me, and I miss typos all the time, so when I see them it is really pretty obvious, IMO.

Amen. I have written a couple of times that I think they need a video game blog. Games have become more and more a cultural device as the audience for them grows up. The times of little kiddies playing a game like Pac man are LONG over. As a life long video game player I look forward to reading more about games here at Big Hollywood. John may have gotten this story wrong (Or at least has it warped into something it isn't really) but the need to watch out for games is here. A good story, a conservative story, can and will make for some compelling games.

Amen. Although Dragon Age 2 DID force you to make a choice, the way they handled it in Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins is as you describe. I'm glad to see some video game coverage...they are a MAJOR force in today's culture, and lefty principals and memes are thrown out there all over the place.

If they handle it like they did in Mass Effect or Dragon Age: Origins, I will have no problem playing the game myself. However the way they handled it in Dragon Age 2, they literally force you to make a choice, and even have a negative reaction if you turn down the homosexual advance. There was no way to avoid it. THAT was done the wrong, easy way.

I hate to do it, as most of the trolls are saying it, but this time I have to agree that this is NOT a game for children and should not be played by them without adult supervision. Homosexuality is not going to he be the only thing in the game that is not for young children. I'm sure there will be simulated drug use, drinking and possibly even tobacco use. Bioware has a history of adding homosexuality to it's games. In just the past few years they have done so with Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age: Origins, and Dragon Age 2. Mass Effect 3 will surely continue the trend. However I am sure this game will be rated for above a certain age, probably T for Teen and possibly even rated M for Mature. If it is rated 10+ or E for everyone, THEN is there a problem. It makes me sick, but there is always a hue and cry from the LGBT community if they do NOT get a love affair they want in the games. What turns me off is when there is no way to avoid the homosexual content, which it sounds like this game will not allow me to do. Video Games are not just for children anymore. They do have a ratings system that should be followed by parents when it comes to making an informed decision on if they should allow their child to play the game or not. I am GLAD to see BH looking at the video game industry. Lefty memes are becoming more and more common and parents SHOULD be kept aware of what they may be allowing their kids to play.

I am one of those 80 million. I receive a small check every month from the Veterans Administration for disability. It is currently the only income I bring into our household since my injury prevents me from doing my normal work. I am very thankful for that small check ($601 to be exact) as it allows me to contribute something. It is less than I used to make in one week, but at least it is something. I was a producing member of the country. I lived, and produced, with the illness I received as part of my service in the first Gulf War for 15 years before it overtook me completely. I don't think of myself as a parasite on our society, but maybe I am. I have lived without that check for a couple years before I finally broke down and applied for veterans disability. I am pending a hearing on my social security disability. I have seen some people who are on disability who do not deserve their check. Many people take advantage of the system, and those people sicken me. I feel ashamed at times drawing my own disability. I am NOT entitled to your hard earned money. I am, however, but one individual who receives a check. One that I am thankful for each month. One that will find a way to live without it if I must. I am also, most assuredly one that will BLAME OBAMA if that check does not arrive in August.
