Now before you flip your wig over this, many things can contribute to irratic driving--including heart attacks, stroke, cell phone usage, dropping a cigarette on your lap. This leads to b) field sobriety test. which can lead to c) breathalizer in jail and/or blood test at hospital. Yes car is towed and impounded and person arrested. Would you rather have them on the street? And to be arrested for DUI is not the same as a conviction. That comes from DUE PROCESS OF LAW. Trial. Found guilty, license suspended. Found not guilty, resume driving priveleges. BIG FREAKING DIFFERENCE. But then what do I know? I was only a cop at one time. Forget I said anything.
