Thank you Nelsen. Blogging is a lot of fun. Just takes time to get used to it. And to become consistent. Best of luck.

I can't agree more about prices being higher than in years before, however, it is a matter of perspective in terms of cost of living in a city such as Montreal. Compared to other cities, Montreal is still a very affordable place to live. People can afford to dress well, eat out, and live IN the city- while living downtown. Which is still very hard to do in cities like Vancouver and Toronto unless you're making mega bucks. Rents and properties prices are way higher than in Montreal.
For someone who's making 100k a year and still can't afford a place to buy, then my suggestion is to review how you're spending your money, because if someone who makes 60k can afford a place, so can someone in the 6 figure income.
my two cents

That's awesome. I hope mine will do the same. It says in the box that it uses 40% less ink than a laser printer. I have to put that through the test ;)

Yes, it has an automatic feeder. The plate scans up to 8.5 x 11. For legal size paper scanning I use the feeder instead.
