How did you fix it? I'm having the same problem, stuck on Android logo. Im doing this on a DP1.

Hmm i copied the Hero ROM onto the SDCard as update.zip using another phone then applied that update and all seems to be working now, its at the HTC logo with the popup android! koool. Hope it goes all the way!

Interesting! I never thought a soundboard app would be useful on a desktop.
