the tindog coffeehouse : Gowalla: Going out with a thud

I'm right there with you. I wrote about this same issue this morning after I dealt with the changes while out doing my normal Saturday morning errands. Disappointed in their alienating of the userbase that built them into what they are. I've deleted the app, disabled all notifications and put my profile as private (it was defaulted to public). Unless they somehow miraculously change face and go back to a checkin app instead of a travel guide I'm just going back to Foursquare, at least they get it.

Thank you so much for the kind words, I really do appreciate it! I think I like Susie Cakes more than Perfect Circle still (had Susie Cakes yesterday for the first time in months). ;)

Oh really, interesting. It used to be called Jalapeno Relish, I will have to start asking for it and find out if it's the same stuff.

This type of thinking by people is so narrow minded. It's pathetic that we have people like this.

Yes it's the same owners. Plus Taco Rosa at the Tustin/Irvine Marketplace is their upscale restaurant.

Yeah I still like my creation, that I still haven't tried. "My suggestion of a great ‘asian-fusion” inspired taco would be using the Hot and Spicy chicken or pork from Busy Bee, that is cooked with kimchi, and then to drizzle some Mexican sour cream on top, all in a flour tortilla; and I think I’d have a winner."

I didn't really like the Baja Fresh ones, but they actually taste very close to the Kogi version. I went there back in the early summer. http://eatinoc.com/oc-food-reviews/baja-fresh-irv...

Hehe I already have less closet space. But she's pretty understanding to my hobby. Besides she makes me wait in lines for rides that are over before you even get on at Disneyland all the time.

We tried to go there about a month ago and had terrible service, we placed our order and after 50 minutes ended up leaving because our food never arrived. So I'd revoke my review due to that experience.
