The differences between the two is going to be the setting and combat. Versus XIII is supposed to be something like a step up from Kingdom Hearts combat while XIII will most likely be an improvement on the battle system from FFXII. They both take place in the same world also.

Why is it funny that Versus is still exclusive?

Yeah the beta is sweet. I got in the beta when they were sending out keys to PS Underground members early last month.
