Since it appears that the criminal justice system isn’t doing their part to protect and defend you, sure seems you need to go after these thugs with a civil suite. It too is the American way.
My bet is some smart lawyer is chomping at the bit to sue on your behalf. He may be able to follow the money back to the union, where the real money lies.
Calling you names may raise the stakes and a violation of your civil right. How about a hate crime?
Any lawyers out there who want to defend a protect this man’s rights and in doing so all of ours as well?
