She apparently wasn't 'discreet' about it if the Security Guard and probably everyone else seen her doing it in the DMV of all places. Like she couldn't go out to her car and do it for 5 minutes? My bet is everyone there would have gladly let her back in line so that's no excuse. In this case it seems pure laziness or she would have went to the comfort of her own car since it was likely about 50 feet away from her in the parking lot since she's there getting a drivers license And taking a dump and whizz is a natural function EVERY HUMAN has but we don't whip it out on the wall because we don't wanna lose our place in line or what have you. It's something that can easily be done outside the public eye. Period.
