If you prestiged on the same account across all games you played.... then it will be available the first time you use MW3's multiplayer. No action required. What's even better is that it SHOWS your prestige levels in all 4 games in your callsign while in lobby. EDIT: I'm sorry, your post says that you prestiged on Xbox 360 on both COD4/Black Ops, I would advise getting MW3 on that console if you want to make full use of those tokens. I'm not sure if it transfers between Xbox 360 and PS3. There's a feature on Call of Duty Elite that you can link your PSN and Xbox 360 accounts... but I'm still not sure if you can transfer between accounts that way.
