How's this? Abolish the United Nations, take all that money that is given to them by various nations, and use that money for the world’s ills? Umpteen meetings between nations are held in numerous places throughout the year with no UN involvement - why not use those meetings in place of the UN; which is nothing else than a platform for extremists to purport their crazy ideology, and catch a Broadway play! Gosh, I am thankful I am on the side with the weapons - it has always been the normal people that have preserved our Republic - and I am talking those of us on the Right!

They would also attack the rails throughout the US. In effect this would close down our intra-commerce due to the panic, or terror. Subsequently he felt that we would pull out from it - I don't see how. You'll have IED's being set, and ACLU suing due to cameras being placed in every corner of the highways, and then defending those that were caught, screaming torture. As for a fact - we know that the NY Subway System will be attacked - we just don't know when. These purporters of terror will be home grown and will come through the porous areas of our southern border as well. This is real simple - some years back, around 2005, National Coordinator for Security, Infrastructure Protection, and Counter-terrorism, the chief counter-terrorism adviser on the National Security Council, Richard Clark- gave a hypothetical event, and stated that the war from Afghanistan and Iraq will come here - it will start with IED's on our highways - he even gave a scenario of a Islamic couple, of non-Islamic looks, probably Asian, would obtain a Winnebago of types, laden it with explosives and drive into a major theme park in order to detonate and cause large casualties.

Where did I imply that you did mention anything about AZ? I was merely using that as an example. Searching anyone without Reasonable Suspicion or Probable cause has always been illegal in the United States - which I am making simple comparisons to in order to clarify the US Fourth Amendment and extenuating circumstances. When you use the word suspicion as a general term that's a double-edged sword. When mere suspicion exists, one cannot be detained nor searched.

Who ruled it illegal? Supreme Court decision of 1968 Terry v. Ohio has deemed it legal. Stop your jail-house lawyering tactics - go to Huffington Post where the ignorant gather, they'll believe your nonsense! If someone is stopped due to reasonable suspicion or probable cause, i.e. a car stop, there is not only an expectation that valid ID will be subjected to review of the law enforcement officer, it is mandatory - along with this brings a check of wants, and warrants. Obviously if you don't have a valid DL - well you figure it out Einstein!

No one is speaking of unreasonable stops or searches - Terry v. Ohio is a prime example of what is legal in the US, especially AZ. One may be stopped when there is REASONABLE SUSPICION that a crime has, is, or is about to be committed. i.e. you're in a middle of a hot evening in August - let's say close to midnight in an area that has been inundated with burglaries and you see a man walking up the block wearing a trench coat - do you believe an unreasonable stop would be made at this point? If you have an idea of what the Fourth Amendment contains, and its interpretation you would also understand the definition of Stop, Question, and Frisk directives.
