IF, and its a huge IF, Tevez signed (still very sceptical) what a huge lift that would be for West Ham.... if done soon, other players would want to play with him, i would think they'd be happy to sign up.... also, this would again raise our profile around the world...who is this club that can instill such passion in players, that even in the "second division" a player of Tevez calibre, would want to play for them.

Agreed, it would be nice if the negotiations have gone on whilst the other stories are smoke screens, much better value than Rhodes foes for 8 mill.
Dare i say it though, i agree with Celtic clunge, i kind of prefered it when you picked up the paper and found a player had been signed rather than all the specutlation.....then again, i prefered standing in the south bank as well.
