Good advice! Not only should you look at your own accomplishments but also look at the other people involved in your products. For example, one thing I need to update for my marathon preparation book is that I now have a marathon course record; for my training CD with a teammate, I point out how he took 15 years off of running but is now one of the fastest 50+ cross country runners in the country.

It's not just who you know, it's also what you've done.
