Sad: I live 5 or 10 minutes from Troy and have gotten more news from national media like Eric Shaun (Fox) about this case than local media. Honestly surprised the Times Union has done any stories on it all, considering the way it's regarded in the area (The Time Useless).

Yep. It's sad, but it seems AB has begun resorting to MMFA type accusations whenever GB comes up. I find it offensive to my sensibilities that two people on the same side of most issues have been reduced to this. Not sure it's even really the Sherrod thing that was the real problem, since GB did play the full tape on his show including the end (the NPR thing... I don't know). I'd say it's that Scott Baker works over at the Blaze now. Whatever the cause, it's petty and makes AB's thrashing look small when compared to the the other side which is just not paying attention to it. Wish the bigs wouldn't resort to this crap. It would go a long way toward credibility. I miss coming here and finding myself angry at the correct people, then motivated to do something about it.

Albany TP here. The Ron Paul guys started coming in at the 2nd rally with a table to sign up for the campaign for liberty. Bothered the crap out of me as most of us weren't in for any particular candidates and didn't want to be pitched to. People like us have been pushed out of participating in TP events in a lot of cases because we really just didn't want to deal with it. On my own path of activism now. By the way, The bulk of us barely even knew who the heck RP was when I began participating. He was NOT the initiator - at least not here in NY.
