I say look back even further than fifteen seconds of alcohol fueled stupidity. Did they ever shoplift as a kid? Speed? Drive drunk like a past president? Nope, lets get whipped up into a frenzy over booze and boobs, two of the few interesting things on this planet.

Judging someone for taking their top off, while drunk, at 18 years old... Well, you've got to a have rather tight sphincter to do that.

"It’s yet to happen, but I may see it in my lifetime; a smart, accomplished woman gets appointed to the Supreme Court, or a position of power, only to be denied the post because of fifteen drunken seconds in a Dallas nightclub." That says more about the puckered sphincter crowd; the moralists, the self righteous, and the feminists, who would deny her a position based on her ability, than about the woman herself. Some of you would do well to remember that the television, radio, and internet all have off buttons. We can choose for ourselves what we want to watch. Personal responsibility people... it's all the rage. As my good buddy Matthew would say "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye"?

Big Hollywood : Daily Gut: When Climate Change Experts Are Not Experts

I don't necessarily know if this is relevant to the discussion but I'm going to be sad when the global warming debate finally runs it's course. A lot of people made a lot of money off it... But a whole lot of people are going to lose a whole hell of a lot when the research money and the subsequent contracts dry up. It's going to be a big drag on the already faltering economy. I know it has to happen and logically I welcome, even encourage it. It's like when you need to get a "colonic-colada"... You enter with trepidation and a little bit of fear. You clench your teeth and bear it and in the end, you're a better person for it. But when it's truly over, we'll have lost a means of easy access to easy, sexy hippies.

Great post LIR, This article is the flip side of the KOS coin and quite frankly has nothing to do with journalism and everything to do with petty sniping to whip up a little good old time religious fervor. It is certainly beneath what should be very high standards for a site such as this. Any connection with "journalism" is a stretch, unless one considers "TMZ" or "Star" journalism.

There is much to report on with this man... Far more important than if or when he observes his religion. My beef with the content and placement of the article is that it's the wrong subject and the wrong place and quite frankly, it's a petty, small article. We have more than enough pettiness in journalism. Wallowing in it detracts from the promise a site like this brings. But... It's not my site, it's Mr. Breitbart's. If he chooses to include this sort of petty nonsense it's his choice.

Question for Breitbart... I deeply respect the goal of the "Big" sites. As a fiscal conservative, and as a citizen who is fed up with government intrusion, I am extremely appreciative of the forum that you have provided. For the life of me, I can't see why this site would host such irrelevant, sniping, idiotic pieces. So what if he hasn't been to church in a year, in a decade, or ever? What does that have to do with "Big Journalism"?

That was less a "punch back" than a wildly flailing tantrum. :) But I agree that this list displays his lack of depth in the field. It's an amateurish high school essay at best.
