I think we really are at a point that whatever "Mainstream Media" says has to be considered the opposite of the truth. I would like to see what would happen in a election cycle absent all the "polls" and "endorsements". Gee, what a thought, people thinking for themselves.....

"Obama's own words condemn him." That is what happens to people who try to be all things to all people. They lie and lie and lie so much that eventually, they take every side of every issue and end up being a walking contradiction. Barry stumps and says everyone has to follow the same rules, then, he sends out a budget that has some rules for some people and other rules for other people. We here in Illinois could see his game, part of which was saying one thing and then voting "present" in order to avoid being nailed down on his positions with a RECORD. People have their heads in the sand, for sure, and I am starting to think it worse now than ever before. At least in 2008 people had the excuse that they listened to his words and didn't have a record to the contrary to view. He DOES have a record now, and still people are trying to intentionally deny it.

I would think that banks would be shaking in their boots. This woman slipped up and said she wants to TAKE over the banks, to nationalize them as HUGO CHAVEZ does with private industry regularly. She is an out and out SOCIAL Communist. And still John Boehner, The Silent Speaker remains so vewy vewy Kwiet. What good does it do to elect Republicans when they refuse to fight back against open and admitted communists in government?

Whther it be admitting that shovel ready jobs weren't shovel ready or now that the recession was deeper than he thought, the man is ADMITTING that he is in over his head, and still Old Media lickspittles slobber over his "ideas".
Well, in a way there is. The "rank and file", the "underlings" in the GOP COULD say that they have had enough of being treated like fools, they could reclaim their souls, the ones they sold to the party bosses for campaign cash, and remove the Silent Speaker and replace him. They could stand together in refusing to be WHIPPED into SUBMISSION and instead side with their CONSTITUENTS. But then, I suppose it is equally true that constituents could stand together and refuse to send them back to office this fall. So I am left to wonder, is it the Membership in the house and their leader who has no balls or is it the voters who send them there and then complain about what they do and don't do once there?

Good post. If the GOP actually wanted to defeat the Democrats, that is what would take place. That it isn't happening shows the real deal. The establishment GOP is interested in keeping the game going, not in winning it.

Here ya go, House Republicans should call the bluff. Introduce Barry's outrageous budget and PASS IT, tax increases and all. Send it to the Senate and force the Democrats to vote on it. Just as Democrats, Barry included knew hey could not expire the "Bush tax cuts" (like they knew they couldn't just pull out of Iraq and Duncan Hunter called their bluff in the house). they know they cannot pass Barry's budget. And they WON'T! This would REMOVE all the political class talking points, after all Republicans could not be accused of "obstruction" if they sent Barry's budget AS IS to the Senate. You KNOW that the Senators would want to AMEND it, thus requiring ANOTHER vote in the House, which could then be voted down. Alas, this strategy would take a Speaker with balls, heck, one with enough stones to even SPEAK, much less take serious HARDBALL ACTION!

Breitbart.tv : Levin: Impeach Obama's HHS Secretary

Well, John Boehner, The Silent Speaker, told us all that EVERY bill had to be accompanied by a Citation of Constitutional Authority in order to be accepted by the House Clerk. SCOTUS decided that the Second Amendment was indeed applicable to ALL local and state governments, in addition to the federal government (McDonald versus Chicago) and yet Boehner and his feckless GOP pass a "reciprocity" bill that only applies to 49 states. Yup, they ignored Illinois, they ignored the CITIZENS of Illinois and they ignored the entire "constitutionality" of what they passed - just like you accuse Democrats of doing ( and you are right by the way) with Obamacare. This happens because that same SCOTUS once said that WHATEVER congress passes is DEEMED Constitutional UNTIL the high court says otherwise. What we have is two parties operating three branches of government n ways that afford all three the ability to be as corrupt as the day is long and there is NOTHING We The People can do about it. All that is left is for us to listen to George Washington. We must turn away from the political factions and instead turn to each other so we can stand together - instead of divided as the parties want us.

Big Government : Why Does Pro-Israel Democrat J.B. Pritzker Fund Anti-Israel Media Matters?

According to Charles Johnson, what you just said applies to conservatives. "At base, conservatives fall in line, rather than in love." Do you just "fall in line", mom? No? Didn't think so. Aren't you just sick and tired of "Those of us in the media" telling us how weak we are, how standing up to the establishment is so pointless a futile. Don't you just love how they pontificate endlessly, and even when shown to be so wrong they just continue telling us how wrong WE are? "Those of us in media" JEEEEEZ! What a CROCK, what an aloof and arrogant piece of work those "authorized journalists" really are. Out of touch and out of their dang minds!

Yeah, just like Romney was inevitable and Santorum was out of the race long ago, huh? Uh huh. A brokered Convention, complete with a drafting of another candidate is the way the Obama machine gets ROCKED.....and indeed how to beat it. If the GOP refuses.....then it deserves what it gets, and not only the loss to Barry, but the loss of its REAL base - those who are NOT establishment GOP. The Establishment tried to ram Romney down our throats. EVERY candidate has enjoyed support, one by one, BECAUSE it is a FACT that the vast majority do NOT want Romney. Democrats want Romney. Progressive Republicans want Romney. The rest of us DON'T! Cindi always sings, and right now, the GOP facade is being shattered by high pitched tone foisted upon the people by the progressive elite establishment republicans. While Democrats may well "fall in line", the rest of us will not do so. We will turn away and refuse to support this foolishness. Indeed, we have had ENOUGH!
