Rejection can seen like the world is riding on your shoulders and facing those challenges head on can be tough, but if you're will to, it makes it much faster to move past them. Keep up the great work.

What I have found is that people tend to hesitate in "sponsoring up" because they are living in fear from something. That fear is usually from rejection or being looked upon as being "less than". The real sadness is that many people that a person shy's away from is looking for some kind of answer to escape the rat race of life.

Very well said. The one sentence that stands out the most for me is -

"A setback forces a leader to grow,evolve until what was once difficult becomes commonplace."

Let's hope that as leaders we all see those setbacks quickly, embrace them and grow just as fast.

You are right in saying WE all have a tendency. Part of that is the amount of information that is accessible to each of us every day and where do we turn. It's like driving a stick shift car and missing a gear, our minds pause for a moment to let the gear fall in to place again.

Very well said. My favorite part was; "So many people seem to be sitting around waiting for their life purpose to drop into their laps, fully developed and waiting for them to walk into it.". As if our destiny could grow legs :)
