Do State Senators and Representative (recipients of our tax dollars) get such tests? If not, start with them.

Really folks, you want more government intrusion? It's also impractical as the number of false positives are unacceptable. But go ahead, dump on the lowest of the low... they're used to it and expect it from you.

So who did it? And why? It is an expensive "joke." Hard to find prices posted but one company said "Prices start at $590." Prices go up for events. Prices go up for long messages and larger letters. I could care about Tiger's personal life let alone other's opinions of Tiger's personal life... but to slam a major religion... that's pretty low and nasty and it makes me wonder what bigot was behind this. I think finding out who paid for this banner and how much they paid is newsworthy (unlike someone's non-criminal personal problems).
