When I decided to start running this was the first running podcast I listened to and still my favorite!! I ran my first half marathon 2/14/10 in Austin TX and it was amazing! I´m totally hooked now!, it was so much fun that I just signed up for another half marathon in San Antonio for November. I never thought I could be a runner, I´m still a very slow one, but I know there is hope if I continue training ;)
