The Obama administration is seeking to reverse the 1986 Supreme Court decision which requires that all suspects be allowed to have their lawyers present during police interrogations and that any testimony obtained while no lawyer is present cannot be used in court.

Yup. "David Copperfield" at work again. He distracts you with the promise of not banning assault weapons in one hand, while his other hand is behind his back making international treaties that, when combined with a Justice Department that considers international law as superior to the constitution, will allow him to take away the guns without having to ban them. So much easier than using that annoying democratic process.
