And Tony Barr is way too left to really give Billy a good challenge. However, there should be no such thing as lifetime benefits anyway. And I don't believe that receiving benefits is part of the stipend defined by the PA Constitution. If that $15,000 cost per year for benefits is accurate, it is costing PA taxpayers about $3,750,000 per year just to cover the senators and representatives. Can't imagine what the cost is when you add their staff members to the overall costs.
