After a lot more searching I came up with this report on the response to the Clean Air Act submitted in March of 2009. I believe that this report is the same one that is on his google web page, but it is inacessable due to the high volume of traffic on it. This is a good document that summarizes the issues that need to be addressed before anyone should move forward with any "global warming policy". I was able to track the PDF down here:

I keep trying the link you posed with slight variations, but I keep getting a broken link response and or no hits when I search the site. Any thoughts?
Just over @ fox news web site and cannot get the Carlin e-mail/global cooling report. The link to the PDF was removed for some reason. Anyone have the PDF that you could send me? I would really like to look at all 98 pages of information that was presented to see if all the hoopla about this report is really worth it. Supposedly the information presented in it is old data that has already been debunked, but I honestly don't believe anyone anymore until I actually have a chance to digest the original information myself.
I have only one question for the President, if he would even dare to answer it, how is it that FORD can make it through the last 2 years without taking a single penny of taxpayer money, but GM and Chrysler can't get the UAW to make realistic wage and healthcare concessions resulting in the US taxpayers footing the bill for their own stupidity? At this point all that I can say is buy FORD, a company that has true American values.
I listened to the President's remarks and I could not believe how he was trying to play the American People like they are a bunch of idiots. He used Chrysler as an example of how successful chapter 11 with the gov't is, but he used only half of the truth to make his point and if the whole truth had been presented then it would not look that good at all. The only reason that individuals are bying Chrysler cars right now is because they are looking for screaming deals on last years models sitting on dealership lots that are being closed down and the fact that they have not produced a single car in the last 60 days is why the demand for vehicles is up (the dealerships are selling their old inventory and they need to restock with the new models). By the way, I don't know if anyone has seen the new Chrysler models but the three that are being promoted in the gov't approved advertisments are all hybrid models which I would not even touch or pay the additional cost for the vehicle because strapping a bunch of batteries to a car is not "Green".
This is really of no suprise, for years GM has been kept afloat by its overseas sales. The only reason that GM did not post a loss last year (maybe it was two years ago) was because of the huge profit from their overseas plants. Ford and GM have wanted to bring specific car models that were designed overseas to the US for a while, but the major differences in saftey rules and regulations have prevented them from taking the leap.
This is not about class envy, to be posted on this site. It has to do with the lies that individuals tell to the public to try to stay in a favorable light instead of telling the truth (can you say ex-governor Blagovitch). It is about the cheating and lying that goes on every day just to try to be the "top dog", and that we as a society reward those that cheat and lie. Do you know why a male would be prescribed HCG? It can be prescribed to counter the withdrawal symptoms from long term steriod use.
This also shows how the baseball unions have protected the players and allowed the denial to continue instead of standing up and flushing the toilet.
Quarantine is great when you can isolate an outbreak to a small area, but my point is we are and were already past the ability to quarantine once it was recognized that this particular influenza was unique. Global transportation has us all interconnected in ways that any virus/disease can travel the globe in as little as 7 days which is sufficient time for all nations to be exposed before the realization is made that there is a deadly virus/disease on the loose. I think that many are forgetting the fact that this is just influenza and is not that much different from what goes around the globe every year. It seems that many of us have lost touch with the reality that every year people contract and spread influenza; occasionally we get the influenza vaccine wrong, and a lot more people get sick from that virus with more deaths than normal, but you don’t get any of the media attention that we have on this one. My point is that viruses are very fascinating in how they can adapt and survive to only show back up several years later (usually because it survives in animal populations or even in old petrified feces) no matter how much of an effort you make to snuff it out (short of eradicating everything on the planet).
I disagree with your migration theory for two reasons: we have a very, very weak job market/economy right now, and they do not have the ability to afford the expenses of moving.
I agree that if individuals are sick (I mean the real sick, not the, ”I don’t feel like going” excuse) they should not go to school or work and should stay home until they feel better, but this applies at all times not just right now.
They seem to be working now, maybe just a system error. It happened to me a while back and was just a system/computer issue.
If you are willing to let the influenza run its' course then why bother closing the border? Once you have contracted the virus and recovered from it , you will have natural immunity from it. Closing the border does nothing to prevent the transmission of the virus when it is already in the US and has been here for at least the last 2 weeks, so what do you hope to achieve with closing the US/Mexico border?
