Only if every US citizen stands up and does their part by knowing what the Constitution means and understand how the people in office right now have twisted its meanings. Study voter's pamphlets and look through web-sites. Don't go by any television or newspaper media. They're all owned by someone who has their own best interests at heart, not yours! If we don't stand up and take the power back, we will soon lose our sovereignty and come that much closer to a world government. Do you really want some world leader from the EU telling you what you can or cannot own or sell? Stand in line for "The Mark" Would you like that on your hand or forehead? Next please!

You think the tobacco companies give crap? They're making more money selling their product outside of the U.S. then they ever did here. They're just not growing it here(more jobs leaving the U.S.). The issues that I have are the government taking away our rights and our money. Where do you suppose they got the money to send out all 24,000 packets with all new "No Smoking" signs(new jobs for sign makers, thanks Obama)? Yeah, second hand smoke sucks and we all have the right to not breathe it, but over-taxing cigarettes as a way of forcing people to quit is a stupid idea. It forces people who smoke(most of them non-affluent) to roll there own cigarettes which means no filters which means faster dying people! Duh! Maybe that's what our government wants. Message to smokers: JUST BECAUSE YOU SMOKE DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO LITTER. PICK UP YOUR BUTTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's right! If we had terrorists blowing themselves and us up on a weekly basis like they have on the other side of the world, I think we would understand why our military would rather fight them over there than here. This is why I think it's crazy to close Guantanamo and release prisoners of war here on our own soil! Also, why is it that during the 2008 Presidential campaign, we were flooded with news reports about the war in Iraq and told how we needed to get out of there now. But, now that the Dems. control government, we hardly here anything. Maybe Dems control the media?
