I remember the ranting and raving by the MSM about how insignificant the TEA Party was before the November 2010 elections. That is why I made it a point to watch the midterm election returns on MSNBC and watch the wags implode.

I love the Linktacular. My take why none of Brad Brevet's top 10 made the list is this. If you look at the films that made the most coin, most of them are fantastical, comedies, action, etc, etc. Maybe this was a year where nobody wanted to do any heavy lifting with their brains or watch a movie about how messed up life can be or be preached to. Instead we just wanted to take a 2 to 2 1/2 hour vacation from reality.

Really now, who needs the MSM for news? If you have an inquiring, objective mind, you can filter out the blather and find the information you seek and in greater detail on the net. IMO, the people that depend on the MSM for information are the ones that are not really paying attention anyway.
