..picture this: if there were more cops on the SIDE of the road warning people NOT to enter the road because more riders were approaching, instead of barreling down the road, HITTING people, do you think this lady would still be alive today??

if there were more cops on the side of the road WITH the spectators instead riding along, OBSTRUCTING riders and HITTING pedestrians then they could stop and arrest the a-holes spitting on the riders. PROBLEM SOLVED!!

this cop that hit her was following a breakaway, NOT in front of the race. AGAIN, if the cop was on the side of the road WITH the spectators he would have been MUCH more successful in CONTROLLING the crowd, instead of pimping himself riding along WITH the race.
