Although, looking at how big a chunk my low-interest federal student loans take out of my income as it is, prime + 10-15% still seems pretty steep. I can see how it makes good business sense for the lender, not sure it's quite enough of a boost to the borrower. But that's a difference of degree, not principle. Yes, I realize that post is about five weeks old. I just found your blog through Susuk's blog this morning. P.S. Howdy! How goes?

Salman - Brilliant Counterterrorism Tactic

Truly a unique idea --- but the scale of the problem ("terrorism in the US") seems a bit too large for this to be a practical idea. Although I can see it being effective in specific neighborhoods of cities where intelligence already suspects there may be activity. In addition, it's pretty clear that the "sleeper agents" gain anonymity by avoiding technology in their daily operations, so i doubt they would be using a laundry service.
