Even looking back, even his only decent recent movie Big Fish had very little character in it. Minus Albert Finney it was quite flat. If you want to love a guy like Burton who is actually more visually entertaining and pumps out great stuff check out a guy named Jan Svankmajer. His version of Alice, was fresh and fascinating (not to mention super trippy, for my drug users). He actually captured the wonder of the story in astounding fashion. Go check it out. I hope there is a cooperative campaign mode. Expert is such a bitch. This game is pure excellence, as you very adequately noted. I did have one problem. Occasionally when I'm free roaming the field the game will pull my cursor to the entrance of my toy box. Try to move, and it pulls you right back for a couple seconds. Supremely annoying. Not really enough to change my love for this game.
