Nokia Care never did get back to me... I'm assuming the E71's new firmware will improve things (as it promises fixes for 'camera issues'), but my operator (3 UK) haven't made their version of the firmware available yet, so I haven't been able to try it out yet. Unfortunately if I debrand the phone to download the generic software, I'll lose access to some of 3's services - so I've just got to sit tight and wait. To be honest I now carry a camera around with me anyway (a Panasonic Lumix FX-35), which is a decent camera in a small package - and far better than even the best phone camera. Still looking forward to getting my hands on an N97 though...

Hi Leslie, I faced the same problem, but pictures from my e71 have some green tint... I thnk a firmware update should solve out problem ... But what Nokia Care said to you???? Thanks for your post...

Perforce is commercial software. If you want to buy a license for Perforce, then I'm sure it's possible to set it up (assuming it's PHP / MySQL of course). Subversion's free, and I can set you up as many repositories as you want...

Cool. Are these things hard to set up... In a couple of month I might be needing a Source Control and i was gonna try Perforce, gotten to like it using it at work (although it diff/merge apps could be better =/ ). Would that be hard to set up you think?

Jason: Not exactly; after I posted this, I found that all the links were doing was appending the additional section of the URL to the end (so, for example, I was getting a URL like http://www.new.facebook.com/home.php/friends). Safari wasn't reproducing the problem. When I checked it again the next day, it had sorted itself out - so wherever the problem was, it had obviously been fixed.
