The driver of the other truck only had Idaho State minimum coverage on his truck, ($15k). That leaves me about $65,000 short of what it would cost to rebuild my truck. I think Idaho should require higher minimum liability insurance to protect people from situations like this. $15,000 doesn't even replace just the truck! Pain medication without the side effects that prescription drugs give to people who have medical problems and/or injuries that are a result of work or car accidents and/or recreational activities.
