While I know that the focus of this site is bodybuilding, my interest and work is with everyday folks who are looking for better health, more strength and increased fitness. I contend that training like a bodybuilder is unnatural (although perfectly fine and desirable for some) and most people need to abandon working out one or two muscle groups at a time in favor of functional fitness exercises and what we at KAIZEN Wellness Studio call &amp;#039;natural exercise&amp;#039;. Most fitness programs are dysfunctional for most people.
