Florida is indeed a no-fault state; however, he offered to pay for it out of pocket if it was under his deductible.�� I'm hoping to go this route because the less fuss, the better.� And I don't need my insurance jacked up because some asshole couldn't be bothered to look behind him, sigh.�

Awww, thank you!� And congratulations to your parents!� Here's to all of us, for having such wonderful relationships...� It's refreshing to see happily married couples.� Your parents sound a lot like my in-laws; they have been married for 32 (or maybe 33) years and, while they have had their bumps as we all do, they're a very strong couple and it shows.� It's funny how my husband and I come from two different households --- his parents happily married, mine happily divorced --- yet we have the same set of values and opinions, especially when it comes to our relationship.

I don't know if I ever commented to you but I'm a faithful lurker. Thank you for sharing this post. It was truly beautiful. My parents celebrate their 31st anniversary today and they are much like you and your husband - not showy or over the top. They are eachother's best friends and enjoy eachother's company. Their relationship has taught me a lot about love and marriage and I hope my own marriage reaches 31 years as theirs has (we'll be celebrating year 2 in September). Enjoy year 3!
