The database setup for ARM is complete without any error and i have verified the VR_POLICY_SET table is created.
2. The deployment of ARM war also succeed without any error and i made necessary changes on session.xml and bharosa_server.propertes as mentioned in the guide.
3. The application server instance hosting the ARM war fails to load the application and the global-application.log shows the below trace :..
08/05/12 10:24:48 dms: Software caused connection abort: socket write error

4. When I try to access the application using <a href="http://locahost/oaam ">http://locahost/oaam i get the OAAM page with Welcome , Please wait loading and gets stuck there..The access log shows Http 304 response..
If u have any clue please suggest..Thanks

Vivek Kumar

I ran into an issue. A new disc was created pointing to /opt/software and when installing into the directory that relates to the newly created disc the / directory is consumed instead of the /opt/software directory structure.
What are your thoughts?

I kinda knew what I had to do but couldn't see the /dev/sdb that I added. I rebooted the server and it showed up. It's always nice to find a howto for EXACTLY what you are doing. :)

Gregory Eleftheriou - Links

Dear Matt, I need your suggestion/advice on OAAM installation/configuration.
Followed your search on the matter, and installed Oracle 10.1.4 OID/SSO and 10.1.3 OC4J/OHS.
Next, installed OAAM database schema, and there I'm stuck.
I don't have a sample J2EE application to deploy, neither do I know what to follow next (how to install OASA or OARM). Is it possible to provide me with guidilines specific on the matter?

Thanks, anyway
Gregory
